A man is a critical condition this morning after a shooting in Kagiso, Krugersdorp.
ER24 paramedics were alerted by SAPS and immediately responded to the scene.
On their arrival, paramedics found the body of a male patient lying next to a light motor vehicle that had crashed into a pole.
On assessment, paramedics found that the man had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was in a critical condition.
Paramedics immediately began their treatment and provided the patient with advanced life support.
Once treated, the patient was transported to Laratong Hospital for urgent treatment.
The cause of the shooting is not yet known but local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
