MVA on the corners of Sunnyway and Coneway in Kelvin.
It’s alleged one of the vehicles did not see the stop sign and failed to stop causing the collision.
A06 transported one of the drivers who sustained minor injuries to Sunninghill Hospital for treatment.
The second driver refused treatment.
