Two young children sustained severe burn wounds and two adults sustained minor to moderate burn wounds when a fire erupted at a house in Lephalale, Limpopo, late last night.
When ER24 paramedics and other services arrived they found Fire and Rescue Services on scene extinguishing the fire.
Paramedics assessed the patients and treated them for their injuries.
They were then transported to hospital for further medical care.
The exact cause of the fire is unknown however authorities were on scene for further investigations.
