A head-on smash on the N2 at Bhoboyi this morning has left four people injured. Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events is still speculative and will remain a subject for police investigation and comment.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the roadway to be littered with accident debris and the twisted frames of the vehicles. After triaging medics found that one person sustained serious injuries while three others miraculously escaped with minor injuries.
Paramedics treated the injured on scene before transporting them to various hospitals for the care that they required.
