Four people have been injured, three of them have sustained serious injuries and one other person has sustained moderate injuries following an accident on Margaret Maytom Avenue and corner Adelaide Tambo drive in Durban.
Reports from the scene indicate that a vehicle veered off the road and collided into an electrical pole and then crashed into a wall.
Netcare911 paramedics worked alongside other services on scene to treat the injured.
All injured were stabilised on scene before they were transported to various hospitals in the area for further medical care.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
The accident happened at about 09h20.
