Six people were injured this afternoon when a taxi rolled on the R500, 8km outside of Fochville.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene to find a wrecked taxi on the side of the road. Occupants from the taxi were found seated next to their vehicle.
It is understood that the driver apparently lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll multiple times.
On assessment, paramedics found that 6 of the 9 occupants were injured in the incident, their injuries ranging from minor to moderate.
Paramedics treated the patients and thereafter transported them to various hospitals in Caletonville for further treatment.
Local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
