One person has been killed after a bakkie overturned at a farm in Bronkhorstspruit, Gauteng.
Reports from the scene indicate that the farmworker was thrown out of the bakkie on impact.
When Netcare911 paramedics arrived on scene, we found that the bakkie landed on top of the farmworker.
The man was declared dead on scene by Netcare911 paramedics.
The driver of the bakkie who is also a farmworker, sustained minor injuries.
He was stabilised on scene and transported to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
This accident happened this afternoon at about 14h45.
