On Friday afternoon at 14h52 Netcare 911 paramedics raced to the scene of a stabbing in Grimthorpe Ave, Lincoln Mead, Pietermaritzburg. Reports from the scene are that during a house robbery intruders entered the premises and allegedly stabbed a man with a pocketknife.
Paramedics from Netcare 911 and other services arrived at the scene and found the man to be in a serious condition. The patient was stabilised at the scene before they transported him to a nearby hospital for the care that he required.
