A Bloemfontein building continues to burn following a fire that erupted in the early hours of this morning.
ER24 paramedics were on standby at the building. Fortunately no injuries have been reported at this stage.
When paramedics arrived on scene they found that the fire had spread through the first floor of the building. The fire later spread to the fourth storey.
Fire and Rescue was on scene to extinguish the fire. Their work continues.
A number of explosions were heard coming from the building. It is understood that the explosions continue as items in the building continue to burn.
The exact cause of the incident is unknown.
Authorities were on scene.
