A man in his 20s was hospitalised this morning after he sustained numerous bee sting while working in a residential garden on Dudley Road in Cowies Hill, KwaZulu Natal.
ER24 paramedics arrived at the residence and found the man waiting in the road for the emergency services.
On assessment, paramedics found that the man had sustained numerous stings over most of his body.
Paramedics carefully removed the stings and treated the patient before he was transported to Qwadabeka Clinic for further treatment.
The man told paramedics that he had been working in the garden when he was attacked by the bees.
