Eight people have been injured after a taxi and a vehicle collided with each other on the N12 in Warrenton, Northern Cape.
Reports from the scene indicate that five people including a five month old baby are in a critical condition while three people sustained minor injuries.
Netcare911 paramedics worked alongside the Provincial EMS on scene to stabilise the injured.
All injured were transported to various hospitals in the area for further medical care.
This accident happened last night at around 18h30.
