Marshall Security were alerted to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Kennith Kaunda and Swapo Roads shortly after 9PM on Tuesday.
Reaction officers responded to the scene and on their arrival it was noted that a driver of a White Toyota Etios had lost control of their vehicle, causing it to careen off the road way and collide with an armco barrier, before coming to a rest on the sidewalk.
The vehicle was found to have been abandoned at the scene.
The vehicle was handed over to the South African Police Services for further investigation.
