KwaZulu-Natal Transport, Community Safety and Liaison MEC Mxolisi Kaunda, accompanied by Harry Gwala District Mayor, Cllr. Mluleki Ndobe and Buhlebezwe Local Municipality Mayor, Cllr. Zamo Nxumalo, other councillors and officials of the department of Transport and South African Police Service, during the inspection of the accident scene where seven people lost their lives yesterday (Friday, 9/9/2016) when a bakkie collided head-on with a hearse on main road P68 between St. Faith’s and Highflats.
