Four male patients were airlifted off the mountain in Ceres this morning by the Western Cape Department of Health EMS/AMS rescue helicopter.
It was reported that the hiking group spend the night on the mountain.
Rescue crew: Captain JR Redelinghuys, external load operator Jonathan Groenewald, METRO rescuer Antoinette Burrows and members of WSAR.
