A cyclist has sustained moderate injuries after he was knocked over by a vehicle on the M7 West Bound near Hans Dettman Highway this morning just after 6 am.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find the patient lying in the busy highway. He had sustained moderate injuries and was stabilised on the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital for the further care that he required.
At this stage, the exact cause of the collision is unknown however the necessary authorities were on scene and will be investigating further.
