At approximately 09h13 on Wednesday morning 06 September 2017, Netcare 911 responded to reports that a woman had fallen off a horse whilst riding in the Magaliesburg area.
Reports from the scene allege that the horse bucked causing the rider to lose her balance and fall from the horse.
The sixty-three-year-old lady had sustained several injuries and was attended to by a Netcare 911 Advanced Life Support paramedic and analgesic medication was administered to manage her pain.
Although her injuries were moderate to serious, she was in a stable condition and was transported by ambulance to hospital for further assessment and care.
