Four people have been injured one seriously so after a Truck and a vehicle collided on Bayhead Road on Wednesday afternoon.
Around 15:30 Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find the vehicles had collided in a T Bone format. The driver who had sustained serious injuries was stabilised in the vehicle by Advanced Life Support Paramedics before being carefully extricated from the wreckage. He was then transported to a nearby hospital. Three other occupants of the vehicle were also stabilised on the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital for further care that they required.
At this stage, the exact cause of the collision is unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
