Dimbaza: Police are seeking the assistance of the public to find a 16 year old Cecilia Ngwenya. She was reported missing on 20 November 2017.
She was last seen on the 16 November 2017 going to school wearing her Richard Varha High school uniform. She never returned home. Preliminary investigation was done with no success.
