MEC for Transport, Community Safety and Liaison, Mxolisi Kaunda met with stakeholders in Harding today. These stakeholders included Umuziwabantu Local Municipality Speaker Cllr Nyathi, Ugu District Cluster Commander Major-General Sthenyana Nxamangele, Induna Duma representing the KwaMachi Traditional Council, Umuziwabantu Local Municipality Ward 3 Councilor Xola Mndela, and Inkosi Dlamini, amongst others.
