Thursday 1 March 2018 @ 11:51 Cape Medical Response responded to the road construction site at the Sun Valley intersection (Kommetjie Road), following reports of construction workers injured in a trench collapse, whilst laying storm water pipes.
On scene CMR assisted with extrication and treatment of 3 Male adults. Sadly 2 gentlemen were declared dead on the scene. The 3rd male was airlifted to hospital by Skymed Air Rescue Helicopter.
CMR wish to extend their condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of the deceased.
