The South African Police Service Employee Health and Wellness Services (EHW) in this Province have effortlessly embrace employees with disabilities in the organization. The SAPS also plays its role in ensuring that people with disabilities are employed in the SAPS and that their rights are respected at all times. The SAPS is committed to ensure that awareness is created and to ensure barriers that prevent accessibility for Persons with Disabilities are eliminated on a daily basis.
Today on Thursday 08 March 2018 at from 10:00, EHW Services held a disability management programme at EHW provincial boardroom, Bendor in the City of Polokwane.
The purpose of the event is to support members with disabilities by providing wheelchairs, IT equipment and ergonomics.
The event is hosted by the Saps Provincial Head of EHW Colonel Charlotte Mabusela accompanied by Captain Themba Shingange, Modimolle, Groblersdal and Seshego Clusters EHW coordinators.
