Durban Central police are appealing to members of the community for assistance with regards to a child that was found by a community member. The child is a boy ±10 years of age who was found wandering around at the Soldiers Way Taxi Rank on 22 October 2018 at 18:30. He was found by a taxi rank manager who then brought him to police. He is mentally challenged and was found wearing a black jersey and khaki pants.
