It is reported that a BMW traveling towards Pretoria lost control and crashed head on into a truck traveling North.
The impact was so intense that the truck overturned.
4 people from the BMW died in the accident and 1 sustained light injuries.
Officials from the SAPS Nylstroom will investigate the accident.
