Dutywa Police are investigating a culpable homicide case. It is alleged that a vehicle overturned along the N2 road near Ngxakaxha Village, Dutywa on Wednesday, 21 November 2018 at about 16:45.
The 27-year-old male driver passed away at the scene. A 40-year-old male passenger was rushed to Butterworth hospital however he died on the way to the hospital. Both deceased are known but their identities are still withheld as their next of kin have not been informed of their death.
The cause of the accident is yet to be determined pending further investigation by Dutywa Police Detectives.
