KwaZulu-Natal: Sunday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a drowning at a hotel in Southbroom.
Reports from the scene indicate that a 10-year-old female had fallen into a pool and according to witnesses was found submerged.
The patient was removed from the water by the time Paramedics arrived.
She was assessed on scene by an Advanced life support paramedic and found to be in a stable condition.
The young girl was then transported to hospital for further assessment.
