Isipingo Beach resident and chairman of the Isipingo Business Forum, Junaid Iqbal has confirmed that the matter of pollution and sewage overflow in Isipingo Beach has been escalated to the relevant authorities and is in the process of being dealt with.
Meanwhile, community members and members of public are urged to be cautious where they purchase fish and shellfish items and to be certain about their supplier.
