A VW Polo that was hijacked in Inanda – KZN was recovered by members of Reaction Unit South Africa in a canefied today (Wednesday).
Reaction Officers were on patrol on Inanda Road when they noticed a burnt vehicle parked in a sugar cane field. Officers conducted a check on the chassis number which confirmed that the vehicle was hijacked and being sought after.
The extensively damaged vehicle was handed over to Police for further investigation.
