This morning at approximately 10 am Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to Marine drive in Shelly Beach for an accident.
When paramedics arrived they found that 3 cars and a bus had been involved in a collision.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that 5 occupants had been injured in the collision. 2 patient sustained serious injuries and 3 sustained minor injuries. The patients were treated on scene and transported to the hospital for further treatment.
The cause of the accident is not known, authorities are investigating.
