This afternoon at approximately 1:30 Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the R102 in Port Shepstone for an accident.
When paramedics arrived they found that 4 vehicles had been involved in a collision.
After paramedics assessed the scene they found that only 1 person was injured and transported to hospital before emergency services arrived on scene.
The cause of the accident is not known, authorities are investigating.
