The public has been asked to help in the search for 68-year-old Fathima Mahomed who is missing from her Kharwastan home in Kwazulu Natal since last Wednesday.
According to her family, Mohomed was dropped off at the Chatsworth Center at approx 06:30 on February 12th, 2020. She was in possession of two packets & her handbag. Her family made repeated attempts to call her throughout the day but she refused to answer their calls. Her mobile phone then was turned off at 15:55 on the same day.
Fathima is displaying early symptoms of Dementia & is a patient at RK Khans Hospital. She is 1.4 meters tall, wears a scarf & has a gold slit between her upper row of teeth. Her family is concerned that her medical condition may have caused memory loss or poor judgement.
