NORTHERN CAPE – On Friday, 10 April 2020 at approximately 11:35 members of Springbok police received a complaint about riotous behaviour in Matjieskloof in Springbok.
When the members arrived at the house, the complainant and the suspect were arguing. The members noticed empty money bags lying on the floor and decided to search the house where they discovered 15 grams of Tik with an estimated street value of R2 500-00.
It was later discovered that the four suspects, two females aged 20 and 25 years respectively and two males aged 40 and 49 allegedly sold salt instead of Tik to buyers.
The four were arrested and charged for dealing in drugs and will soon appear in the Springbok magistrates’ court.
