Minister Cele and MEC Ntuli visit the family of slain Councillor

National Police Minister, Bheki Cele and MEC for Transport, Community Safety and Liaison, Bheki Ntuli visited the family of slain Ethekwini Municipality Ward 84 Councillor, Bhekithemba Phungula.

The purpose of the visit was to pay their respects and extend condolences on behalf of the government to the Phungula family.
