Members of Reaction Unit South Africa are currently searching for a decomposed body in Canelands – KZN after receiving information from a caller (12:05 Thursday 23/07/2020) who remained anonymous.
According to information received, the body is lying in a cane field along the railway lines in Canelands. Reaction Officers have searched several kilometers on foot. The RUSA Helicopter is expected to lift-off to assist in the search.
In recent weeks two bodies were recovered in the same vicinity. They were both murdered and disposed of in the sugar cane field.
The search continues.
