Rescue operation earlier yesterday at Vogelgat Nature Reserve in Hermanus conducted by the Western Cape Department of Health EMS/AMS rescue helicopter and various rescue organisations.
Sadly the body of a male hiker was recovered. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of the deceased.
