Four armed men are being sought following a home invasion at a property on the corner of Sports Way and Rose Road in Redcliffe.
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) arrived on the scene. It was established that the resident was removing his bins for collection when the gunmen entered the yard through the open driveway gate.
They held up the family and searched the home for valuables. They made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, three cellphones, and two bottles of alcohol. They fled on foot towards Oaklands.
Reaction Officers conducted an extensive search for the suspects however no arrests were made.
