A male in his late teens sustained critical injuries when the vehicle he was travelling in left the road and overturned in Blouberg Avenue, Spitskop late yesterday evening.
He managed to free himself from the vehicle and made his way to the road to look for help. He was treated on scene by paramedics from various services before being rushed to Bloemfontein Medi Clinic for further care.
