Police in Mount Fletcher are appealing to members of the community for assistance with regards to a missing person.
Mxolisi Emmanuel Dladlana (50), who resides at Xaxazana Locality, was last seen on 22 September 2020 en-route to Mthatha PSIRA offices and has never been seen again. –
