KWAZULU-NATAL – Umzinto SAPS would like to make an appeal to the members of the community regarding a missing person, Pelegia Sithole (14) from Umzinto. She was last seen on 9 October 2020 going to a library in Umzinto and never returned home. She was wearing a white shirt, green skirt, white socks, and black shoes. She is 1.63 meters tall and has plaited hair.
