The adoptive parents of 21-year-old Charlene Chetty are requesting assistance to locate her. She has been missing for two weeks.
On Friday (23/10/2020) at approximately 14:00 Chetty left her two-year-old son at neighbours home and asked them to care for him in while she went in search of money to purchase diapers.
She was dressed in light blue jeans, a dark blue t-shirt, a light green jacket and pink sandals with gold studs at the time of her disappearance. According to her mother, Chetty was seen getting into an unknown vehicle driven by a male. Her cellphone has since been switched off. Her clothing, identity documents and personal belongings are still at her residence. A missing person case has been registered at the Phoenix SAPS.
