DURBAN: 5 January 2021 – Empangeni Police are appealing to members of the community for assistance in locating Sipho Thomas Maphalala (43) of Enseleni township outside Empangeni.
He went missing on 12 December 2020 at 15:00 at Enseleni. He is fair in complexion and has short black hair. He was last seen wearing an orange overall with a navy t-shirt.
