Ingwavuma police are appealing to the members of the community for assistance in locating a missing person named Mngoma Simon Ndlazi (66) from Othobothini area in Ingwavuma.
He was last seen on 12 January 2021 at 09:30 at his place of residence at Othobothini leaving for Ulundi. He is reportedly mentally challenged and is currently on medication.
