Ulundi SAPS is appealing to the community for assistance in locating a missing person Sipho Muzi Ngema (37) of the Mtikini area in Ulundi. He was last seen leaving his home on 26 February 2021, wearing black shorts and a khaki t-shirt. He is a mentally challenged person. He is dark in complexion, has a mustache and a beard.
