The Tactical Response Team deployed at Mount Ayliff, Information team, Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) and local detectives executed an operation in search of illegal firearms at Nkosana Locality, Maluti on 15 and 16 April 2021.
According to information, illegal firearms are used for stock theft and other criminal activities.
The operation led to the arrest of a 36-year-old male suspect at Nkosana Locality Maluti for possession of unlicensed firearm and illegal possession of ammunition.
