KwaDabeka police are appealing to the public for assistance with regards to a missing person Mlungisi Fransic Ngubo (35) of Sub 5, Kwadabeka. Mlungisi left his home to visit his child at D Section in KwaDabeka but he never returned back home. He was last seen wearing a maroon T-shirt with blue denim jeans.
