Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) South Africa announced that Lulu Pule had succeeded Heleen Fergusson to lead the Claims Team for South Africa effective July 1, 2021, this being subject to regulatory approval. Heleen has taken up a global role within AGCS. Lulu has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years mostly in Claims.

I wish her all the best in her global role,” says Sébastien Saillard, Regional Head of Claims Mediterranean & Africa. “I would like to congratulate Lulu on her promotion. She has been a key member of our Claims team in South Africa and I am confident that she will lead the team with excellence.”

Lulu has been with AGCS for eight years and is a fellow of the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA). She holds a BA degree from the University of Zululand and has completed the Advanced Insurance Practice and Risk Management with the University of South Africa and the Middle Management program with the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
