The South African Service in Lebowakgomo requests assistance from members of the community in locating a 13-year-old girl, Lerato Rose Mphahlele who is missing.
The missing teen is a Grade 9 learner at Sekate Secondary School in Thamagane village and she was reportedly last seen by her friend last week on 12 August 2021 while at home in Morotse, Ga-Mphahlele village.
Police search operations were conducted at relatives, friends, and places she frequently visited without success.
At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a white identity T-shirt, pink identity trousers, and grey Adidas tekkies.
Anyone with information that can assist to locate the missing teenager should contact the Investigating Officer, Lieutenant Colonel Thomas Nyamanyawo Baloyi on 082 565 8234 or the Crime stop number 08600 10111 or the nearest police station or relay information through the My SAPS App.
