The police in Groblersdal are investigating a case of a missing person after the disappearance of a teenage girl, Theon Yingisani Mamaila from Masakaneng village in Groblersdal.
The 14-year-old girl is a Grade 8 learner at Dewagendrift High School and was last seen in this area on 31 July 2021 at about 20:00, still in her school uniform (blue trousers and sky blue shirt).
Efforts to locate the missing teenager at friends and relatives proved fruitless.
Police are pleading with anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the missing teenager to contact the investigating officer Constable Mercy Malefo on 063 411 9651 or Crime Stop at 08600 10111 or MySAPS App or report to the nearest Police Station.
Police investigation and search operations are still continuing.
