A Panasonic microwave that was stolen during a house break-in on Primrose Drive in Southridge – KZN was recovered by members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA).
Two suspects were noticed exiting the property at approximately 16:59 this afternoon (Thursday) by a Reaction Officer who was passing by in the RUSA Staff Bus. The Officer intercepted the suspects who dropped the microwave before they fled over the R102 into Parkgate. Backup Reaction Officers proceeded to the residence where the bottom half of the kitchen door was found to be forced in.
It was believed that the microwave was the only item stolen by the suspects.
