A man was injured during a robbery at a salon on Ireland Street in the Verulam CBD, KZN today (Sunday).
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) arrived at the business at approximately 13:56. It was established that five suspects entered the premises and drew knives. One person was stabbed in the head during the robbery. The suspects fled into the Verulam Taxi Rank with a Samsung A2 Core, Huawei P20 and R350 in cash.
Reaction Officers conducted an extensive search for the robbers however no arrests were made.
