A panic signal was received from one of our dRK Tactical security officers at one of our client’s premises at approximately 04h53 this morning.
The dRK Tactical Control centre made contact with the security officer posted on site who confirmed that an unknown amount of suspects managed to gain entry into the KFC.
dRK Tactical Squad units who were en route to the premises received all vital information from the control centre.
Upon our Squad units arriving on the scene, they noticed that the locks were removed from the roller shutter and the roller shutter of the premises was already halfway up.
Members of dRK Tactical entered the premises and found two suspects attempting to open up the safe.
Both suspects were immediately restrained by members of dRK Tactical Squad units.
The South African Police Services were called to assist.
Two suspects were further placed in handcuffs.
The South African Police Services arrived on the scene and a case of business robbery has been registered. Two Suspects were handed over to SAPS for further investigations.
